Exchanges & Returns

 

Return period

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it free of charge. This applies to both the Netherlands and Belgium. Please note that we cannot accept returns on orders outside this period.

Returns Conditions

  • Make sure the item is in the original packaging.
  • The item must not have been worn, washed, altered or damaged. Make sure the labels are still attached to the item.
  • No body odors and/or cigarette odors and (animal) hair may be present on the items.
  • Be careful with makeup; items with make-up stains will not be returned.
  • If you received a free item with your shipment, you must also return this item.
  • All items purchased on sale cannot be returned. However, sale items can be exchanged for other sizes.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund returns that do not meet these requirements.
    Until the order reaches us, it is your risk and we cannot and will not refund items that are not in our possession.

Returns procedure

  • To initiate a return, download THIS form and complete the form completely .
  • Email info@lussey.com your return form with your Order Number as title.
  • You will receive a return label from us by email within 1-2 days.
  • Pack the item and form and post it.

Exchange and refund

Within 7 days after we have received and assessed your return, we will refund the price of the item (excluding shipping costs) to the payment method you used. If you have chosen to exchange, you will receive a new track and trace code from us. We do our best to make this process as quick and efficient as possible.

Check upon receipt

Once you have received your order, we recommend checking it thoroughly. If you discover a defect, please contact us immediately at info@lussey.com. We are ready to help you and resolve any problems quickly.
